Human understanding

We human are very different in our attitude and character because of our thinking and learning methods. Every living species are surviving due to their attitude towards their environment and coping mechanism. Human are most intelligent for learning the best coping mechanism as per their environment and society. Some time they face challenges from their own race of human due to economic and political reasons.

History and archaeology takes help from each other and benefited from each other research. we human have discovered the surface of earth to know the past and understand the process of civilization and development of societies. There are many unfold stories still buried under the dust of history; just we know to discover and learn from past.

It depends upon our presence and interest where we learn our own history and evolution. How human species has survived hard weather conditions and dark nights. What was mechanism of early societies to face natural disasters?

Human psychology to learn from its culture and co-members of society was first principle of society. That type of learning was based on observation and participation, some time older members gave few instruction about particular activity or work. It is still valid principle in this modern age of machines. Our children’s learn more from TV and computer than from family or school members. But machines have one problem and that is; they have no culture or language of communication based on personal understanding.

Parents are busier for their survivals and economic needs of family but they forget some time the most important job to socialize their new members. Children should learn everything as per their environmental and cultural needs. Language plays very important role in socialization of kids.

There is no doubt importance of economic needs for daily life and have income sources will give the overall development of society. But individuals should not be more preferred by law or society . Equality of citizen will leads nation towards economic prosperity. Without peace and justice economic prosperity would be just dream.

Every state should have their own understanding of justice and peace but Peace is more common and almost understood globally. Social peace is diminishing day by day from society. There are multiple factors behind the absence of social peace in any type of society. Un-equality of human based on any form or reason is unethical and unjustified rationally. How can human race be separated on faith or color bases or even language or geography cannot be any rational reasons to separate human from each other.

There are thousands of rationalists and theorists who have written on justice and theories of justice. From the essence of humanity, we can say that justice is principle of our race. We cannot destroy our own planet while waging war on each other’s due to pity matters and politics.

Some time i feel that i need a rest . a breake up from responsibilites and duties . i need break up from followership . I need rest for peace of mind . I need break up to meet God in my own way .
Forceful faith and its preaching is always politically motivated in the world . Now are being monitored in one or other way . We are subject of many things .

Today I take the test from my 3 students . There was simple questions regarding literature , pakistan studies and Engineering . I was surprise to check their copies and read interesting understand of such subjects . They have some stero type believes and faiths . They are just waiting for fate. But i am giving them the test of knowledge and raising question .

When some one argue on religious practice , that does not mean he is out of faith . Difference of opinion on religious issues is quite natural so one should avoid the forceful domination of one faith over other. religion must be personal matter of individual not group or state .

If we think rationaly then will find that most of issues and ignorances are due to role of religion in state affairs . There is logical requirement that faith should not be part of state mechanism . religion is not system of governmence but it is name of set believes and faiths around some figures . Modern political systems are good examples where religion is not part of state policies .

I am sad because my larkana is hot and burning the peoples bodies and minds . We are not secure in our streets, in our homes or at our working places. Our traffic is just big mess. law and order is just another mess. Roads and streets are encroached. Mafias are their . Feudals control the all power and authrity in systematic way . Pir o murshids are flourishing and geting their share . Poor is just alive because powerful and elite wants them to work for few selected one .
What society we have . what we are transfering to next generations . How our coming generation will be and what historical blunders we are doing .

My life is passing in very different ways. i reject all the norms which leads me towads slavey . Slavery in the name of relgion , faith , language, geography etc . I want to find a truth of this universe . This is very complex and ambigeous in its composition and nature .

I meet many people on daily basis . They all are different from each others . Their faith is so strong that even they love it more than life . Their strictness and level of ignorance is so high. they can kill any one . Our society is going through a process of radicalization supported by one of champion of religion. They put money into practice to support certain ideology and finsih differences . who every do not agree he must lose the right of life.

I see law in its practice in my country . We have double standards like jutice for powerful is differnt from justice of poor . Money talks every where not principles . Authority and its misuse is part of every society and state but in my land it is become part of culture . we never hesitate to take it... simply it is called corruption . We failed to produce a mechanism for reduction of corruption as a nation .

We are losing the patience collectively . We are accepting ignorace as altimate to faith . Basically it is modern form of religion or sect where one adopt anti development attitudes ro reject every new thing . we some time reject new discoveries but after some time we accept the truth but it is too late . Some time we react severly when some one criticize the role of religion in our collective life . we punish him on the ground of blashphemy .
Our collective respect is diminishing day by day . poverty has finished all norms . we are just behind the concept of demand and supply . Our history and culture needs to be redefined. we need to use logic and reason in collective matters including state matters ..

Random Thoughts : Part Three

It was very warm and hot day in Islamabad . Every body was feeling uncomfortable because of hot weather and no electricity . But tonight a rain started . Every thing is become cold . people are happy . nice weather . But one thing i felt that due to massive deforestation in capital of Pakistan has affected it weather conditions . Heavy roads to accommodate vehicles but no plan for people . City which i know 12 years back has been converted into security zones, public and private roads and check posts every where .

There are many institutions in this city. Universities have good reputation like Quaid-E-Azam university, Islamic international university, federal urdu university , National university of modern languages, Allama Iqbal open university , Comsat, SZABIST, Mohammad Ali Jinnah university , and many other names.  Education can be promoted in capital, like making it educational city . Pakistan have great potential in the field of education but it is also reality that it is most neglected sector at state level. Research trends are also encouraged in above institutions . Internships are also offered in various fields . 

According to one of may friend from Mardan that , one of good work which ANP made is the opening of university in almost every district. It has give great boast-up to society but positive effects could be observed after many decades. Due to university at district level , hundreds of women are doing their bachelors and masters and family have no objection . According to him for female student , living in hostel is not considered safe culturally . Many opportunities has open for young scholars to teach in universities and colleges. It is only one of good step from political party which has background of nationalism.

I have found people at group. The members of this groups are considered rational but same time they call each other irrational and fight and abuse each other for the sake of prove who is more rational. Almost every body is free 24 hours to speak against religion. If some one give reason from religious knowledge than so called rationals abuse him or delete his comments immediately . Acting against the freed of thought and opinion is biggest irrationality for me . If we believe in God or gods /goddesses etc then what ? its our personal belief . At least we accept the difference of ideas . We should respect each others opinions and comments. We we do not agree with other , then there is no need to abuse or target some one but  we should continue our logic and reason . We are humans not machines or computers which has already data which can perform specific functions on every command.

My current encounters

Difference of opinion is beauty of civilized society and democratic nations. Difference always promote critical thinking and encourage argument but it should be based on logic and reason . Scientific based differences also promote sustainable and positive development of human thinking and social change .

I have long discussion with students and teachers in Islamabad at many places regarding social attitude and social environment in our country . Most of them disagree with each others point of view . Terrorism and energy is most influencing issues of every people from all classes . 

Few Days ago i received request from lady , living in US and running a radio to join her radio show online. . She promote Islam and its teachings but neglect the molivis interpretation ( Although she herself become modern form of molvin) . She do not discuss but dominate and impose her own version of Islam. I was surprise to know her thoughts . She is not ready to even allow any one to disagree with her . She always block people who disagree with her . She called her modern muslim woman . Wao modernity .

One of Phd student in QAU believes that last elections ( may 2013) was engineered and heavely planned to keep ANP out of power and bring new brand of Taliban ( He call imran khan a taliban new leader) . He argues that ANP did her best during last five years . They open many new schools and colleges . They faced terrorism personally . Local leadership was attacked every day . Even they could not campaign for general elections . I disagree with his political thoughts but respect his views and reasons .

One of my teacher told about university that current administration (VC) is opening new department but ignore old one . Quality of education is suffering . We need to promote quality but not quantity . He thinks that opening new department will affect the quality and its step towards commercialization of education . He was saying that religious people are encouraged to join key position in universities because of some reasons and long plan to radicalize students at this stage .

Society and Norms

Every society has its own norms and values . All social and cultural norms are products of centuries practices and acceptance at large. Norms are slowly changed over time .

Protest of unhappy valley

Protest has been started all over sindh against new ordinance to divide sindh into two systems within one province. It is much clear that this ordinance was announced just few months before the new elections which is coming next year. MQM is the most beneficial party after this new colonial system in which 5 thousand years old sindhies has been neglected from the basic right to have their own land and civilization . 

      Basically PPP want to divide the oldest province sindh due to its pitty political interests and want to punish sindhies for their unchecked support towards democracy and option was always ppp. This is the same ppp which opposed few years ago the local government system initiated by dictator general pervez musharaf in his initial days of martial law in new style and form. 

If one analyse the pakistan peoples party structure and its over all history , then within few moments , one will come at conclusion that this is the party of feudals, fundamentalists, most corrupt people of society and most rich people of pakistan in the name of so-called democracy and liberalism . They have always promoted ethnic biases and applied divided and rule policy specially in the province of sindh.

Recently i have not found single person who got job in the government on merit . his or her skills or qualification. There is always involvement of money behind the scence. One of prestigeous institution sindh public service commission has been politicized by ppp government to appint their most corrupt part force into government for rigging in the next election.

PPP and MQM alliance has put the questions in the minds of many millions of sindhies who are inhabitants of this valley whom richard button called unhappy valley or historian Mubarakh ali call it SINDH is voice of silence . Today sindh is protesting and fighting its war of survival .

Division of sindh will create strong hatred for the state of pakistan same situation which is today in balochistan after the assissination of vatern baloch leader akabar bugti . Society of sindh is much different from balochistan and also in politcal terms here people are much awared in politcal terms than balochistan. 

Writers, advocates, journalists , civil society organizations and all stake holders of sindh are protesting peacefully but PPP mafia does not hear the voice of millions. Urdu media neglect the huge progtests within province due to historically policy of urdu media to suppress the voice of smaller provinces and do all acts in the name of national interests and policies. Media has never been free in the state of pakistan .

Basically sindh is the only provice in which religious fundamentalism is not socially or cultually acceptable in any form. Majority of people are followers of sufism which believe in love and peace and religion is always considered as personal matter of individual not society as whole. Although politically different religious groups are trying from decade to radicallize sindhi society for its vested interest and suppress sindhi culture in the name of national interests.

MEMORIES FROM SCHOOL

I was in primary school ( not remember exactly what was year ) . One day teacher asked us to bring fish from communal fish form but the problem was  how to catch fisish .I also went with group of students to catch fish. After three hours and help from villager we caught fishes ( I think 2 big one and 3 small one ) . The villager said that  A teacher which get personal work from his student should not be honoured with word teacher. He is not good teacher . 

Another memory of child hood when i was in 3 class. Our primary school was in nearby school village Ghazi mashori taluka bakrani. This is small medium size village . There was ( at that time ) 60-70 households. Ashiq ali mashori was my classfelow from that village . When we return to home . We also cross from street in shich his home was situated . He offer us Chanwarn je Mani and LASI. We were good friends . Years has been passed but we have not meet. 

When i was in 4 or five class , there was teacher whose name no body remember but we call him Ali Waris because he always says ali waris ahey . He hardly teach any thing to us. every time he says to student, bring fish for me. Bring pulses for me, bring this , bring hen for me  bring that . He always comes on bicycle . He was resident of village pathan . Once he gave us fish and his bicycle to deliever fishes to him home. We delivered fishes to another teacher in the village . Next day he beat us with long stick , even today i can feel pain of those sticks.

Random Thoughts: part Two

 Constitution Of Pakistan:

  Currently pakistan constitution 1973 with more than twenty amendments is called the constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Many times we advocates in bar rooms disscussion the constitution and its positive and negative aspects and implementation. I argue that constitution of pakistan having many articles which are in- contradiction with other article. Take an example : Constitution of pakistan says that all citizens of pakistan are equal. But same time it says that state religion is Islam . Another article says that only muslims can be prime minister and president , what ever qualities other faith holders have , but religious qualification is matter of contradiction in its logic and reason .

Education in pakistan:

Education is major reason behing the Rise and fall of every nation . Education is light . It is called third eye of humanbeings. Education is process of learning and teaching. Education is process of enlightment and development . But In the state of pakistan , education is the most neglected . It is considered by many politicans as useless department . It is department from where minister earns and source is the funds of education either in the forms of development, or trainings, or exposure visits , etc but minister will get more than 60%  as his commission . We have different education system like a caste system. Private schools, government schools, religious schools, sectarian schools, intoxicating schools, jail schools, school cum animal space schools, and many other forms of schools are only present in the pakistan .

Economy of state:

According to poular public view that economy of pakistan is basically elite class economy . All policies and procedure all adopted to serve the elite class of state . Middle class get up to there survival but lower class even do not know that it has class.
We have all natural resources but we are barrower. We have sea and Rivers but we have miserably failed to produce enough food or trade to make our position better. We have made health and education a industry . We never try to establish real industry for labor class and improve their social and economic conditions .
We have big Banks with millions of account but we have very low investment in all sectors. We have still mill but due to corruption we have lost it and make it example of failure. Few decades ago PIA and RAILWAY was probitable modes of transportations and reach able to masses. We have Defence housing schemes but we do not have enough food for people. We have millions of hotels in country but we lake in hospitals and schools.
